  • I don’t know what I want, can you help me figure it out?
    Absolutely! When you call to talk to one of us, and we will ask you questions about your event and the purpose of the decor- that is whether you are trying to attract attention to a focal point, or going for an overall ambiance. If you have already figured out your approximate budget, our designers can help by suggesting packages and decor alternatives that match your goals with your specific budget in mind.
  • What areas do you serve?
    As Orange county based company, our preferred service area includes but are not limited to all of Central Florida. We also go all over the state of Florida, from Miami to Jacksonville, from Tampa to Daytona. To check delivery pricing click here.
  • How do I request a quote?
    Simply visit our contact page and complete the applicable contact form. Once we recieve your request, you'll recieve an email to schedule a discovery call with us. A quote or proposal will be prepared and sent via email with steps to secure your event with us.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    To avoid the disappointment of not having your event date or items available , we suggest you contact us once you have secured your venue or at least 2 weeks prior to event date.
  • How do I pay for my decor/rentals?
    Once your order is finalized, an invoice is emailed. Payment can be made as follows: The 30% deposit can be made through the provided Zelle or Venmo accounts, or online via credit/debit card. A signed service agreement is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable no later than the day before your event or day of if paying in cash.
  • Do you have a store I can visit to pick up my order?
    We have a design studio. Balloon Decor, Party Props Decor and Equipment rentals are only available for delivery and setup. We only offer pickup for our personalized favors but appointment at the moment.
  • What is your refund/cancellation policy?
    Client maintains the right to cancel at any time before the delivery or event date whichever come first date however, a cancellation fee will apply. Refunds will be calculated based on items purchased specifically for your event (including but not limited to custom balloons or accessories if applicable) as well as accumulated time invested in your event (including but limited to the site visit, etc.). Refunds must be requested in writing by mail or email ONLY and will be processed within 14 business days from the time of receipt of the request. Refunds total will be considered as follows: The Service Retainer is non-refundable. Refunds requested more than 3 weeks to the event date:total monies paid minus retainer. Refunds requested less than 3 weeks to the event: a maximum of 50% of the total balance is refundable. NO REFUND will be made after delivery has been made or accepted.   • Can you come to the event venue and tell me what I need?
    Yes, we can provide an onsite consultation for a $100 per visit. This fee is applied to your final invoice when you book your event with us. You can also take pictures, video and measurements and email or text them to us at no cost.
  • What is the preferred method of communication?
    We work via email or text messages in order to exchange photos and will only exchange pricing in writing. This is also for your benefit to ensure order accuracy and allows both parties to view order details at any time. Working through email also allows us to provide quick responses while at other event locations or after business hours.
  • See a photo that inspires you on Pinterest or Online?
    Send us the image to request a quote. Generally, colors and/or themes can be adjusted to fit in your event.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    You can pay using Zelle, Cash, or Venmo.
  • What type of events do you service?
    We do it all!   • How long do balloons last outdoors?
    Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.
  • Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?
    And it is! Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable at the same rate as an oak leaf. Mylar (or foil) balloons are NOT biodegradable but are able to be recycled.
  • I bought some balloons from somewhere else, can you inflate them for me?
    Yes, but we can not guarantee the quality of balloons not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation, you will still be charged the full amount for that balloon. No discount will be given also. We also can not speculate about the longevity of balloons not provided by us.
  • How long do balloons last indoors?
    Many air filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space.
